The Project “Sports, Childhood and Chagas Disease” received the IPRA Golden Globe Award, the Gold Stevie Award, and the Certificate of Excellence of the Sabre Latin America Award, in the category Multi-market, for its innovative approach and for promoting actions with a positive impact on the health of the population.

The Foundation also received the “Eikon de Oro” prize, in the category Sustainability in Health (regional and local levels), and the prizes “Prestigio”, “Conciencia” and “Emprendedor Solidario”.

The objective of “Sports, Childhood and Chagas Disease” is to reduce the impact of Chagas disease and to complement and strengthen the health capacities in the American Chaco region, which covers part of Argentina, Bolivia and Paraguay.

The initiative was conducted along with Barça Foundation, the Inter-American Development Bank, the Japan Fund for Poverty Reduction, Airpharm, and local strategic stakeholders.
