Volunteer<\/h2>\n

In Mundo Sano we are convinced that citizen participation and community involvement promote the actions and projects carried out by the Foundation to help improve the lives of people affected by neglected diseases, those that affect 1,600 million people in the world, and that we can also define as diseases of poverty.<\/p>\n

In 2019 we decided to implement \u201cSomos Mundo Sano\u201d, a volunteer program that includes different forms of participation: social volunteers and corporate volunteering.<\/p>\n

The participation spaces of our program cover different fields of action, depending on the profile, time availability and geographical location of the volunteer:<\/p>\n

How can you join?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2981 Patient support program: guiding and accompanying, as a referent volunteer, patients with Chagas disease during the process of diagnosis and treatment.<\/p>\n

\u2981 Volunteer in Mundo Sano venues: collaborating and participating in programmatic and awareness raising actions that we carry out in the offices of A\u00f1atuya (Santiago del Estero), Puerto Iguaz\u00fa (Misiones), Tartagal (Salta) and Pampa del Indio (Chaco) and in the projects we conduct in Latin America and Spain.<\/p>\n

\u2981 Ambassador of Mundo Sano: multiplying messages of prevention, awareness and education in the community.<\/p>\n

\u2981 Corporate volunteering: participating with your company in volunteering activities in the field.<\/p>\n

COMMUNITY<\/h2>\n

For more than 25 years we have developed awareness and training actions aimed at the progress of the communities where we carry out our work for the prevention of neglected diseases.<\/p>\n

The constant work in the territory allowed us to consolidate relationships based on mutual recognition and respect, dialogue and trust. For this reason, we are convinced that through the articulation of joint work, sharing information and our work methodology, the community can play a leading role in the care of their health for the prevention of these diseases.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
